Hi, I’m Helen! Like many business owners, I’ve heard the sigh of frustration when it comes to social media.

It's easy to feel overwhelmed, right? My journey into helping businesses with social media started when I noticed something: my clients needed help sharing their stories in fresh, engaging ways. So, I stepped in and fell in love with the process of making social media enjoyable, both for me and for them.

My journey so far...

I began my career as a copywriter, helping businesses find the right words to connect with their audiences. Over the last couple of years, my focus shifted as I realised more and more of my clients needed support with social media. They were tired of saying the same things or scared of alienating their audience by 'over-sharing' or 'selling too much'.

At first, I hesitated to specialise in social media. But I’ve invested in training and sharpened my skills. The turning point came when I recognised that 90% of my work was already social media content – just after I’d rebranded my business! Now, I know the ropes, and I love making social media fun, creative, and stress-free for my clients.

I thrive on helping introverted, busy Gen X business owners find their voice on social media. It’s not just about growing an audience but about building trust and genuine relationships. I’ve always loved learning about people’s businesses and finding unique ways to tell their stories. My clients often feel like they’ve said it all, but I come in, and we find fresh, creative ways to talk about what makes their business special.
