It’s simple really. You run your business for a living. A copywriter writes for a living.
Sure, we can all string a sentence together, but writing (actually putting finger to keyboard or pen to paper) is something that frightens the life out of many people. It’s understandable – I’m like that about my accounts. I’m not a numbers person you see. I could do my own accounts but it takes me forever and I don’t do a brilliant job of it – that’s why I love my accountant!
It’s the same with writing.
Why waste valuable hours of your day, which could be spent doing the things you love most about your business, staring at a blank page, banging your head against a brick wall and ending up with a few scratty sentences and a very sore forehead?
Just like Fred without Ginger, Bert without Ernie or chocolate without crisps (just me?), a small business without a copywriter just doesn’t make sound economic sense in the long run.
There are a number of ways in which a copywriter could help you and your business. Here are some of the most important. Some of them may be obvious, but some you may not have even thought of…
So, those are the fairly obvious areas in which a copywriter could relieve your writing headaches. But have you thought about these areas?
Allow me
My passion is words. I love using them, playing with them, seeing where they can take me.
I will work with you, to help you create a great first impression online, in print, wherever you need words to represent you or your business.
I will learn about your business, about how you interact with your audience, about your business personality, about your key messages, about what makes you different, about your likes and dislikes.
And then I’ll use everything I’ve learned about you and your business to make your words speak volumes about you.
Allow me to take your writing headache off the table, reduce your to-do list and gift you the time to spend doing what you really love, running your business
Yours, in words,
Helen
